This report captures key insights, reflections, and learnings from the webinar “Tackling Chronic Conditions through Comprehensive Primary Health Care,” hosted by the CPHC Alliance on May 28, 2025. The session convened practitioners, researchers, and community voices to explore how CPHC can effectively respond to the growing burden of chronic illnesses.
